Abstract: | Gaming is a very old industry, human being love it because our nature is full of challenging and adventure. The legalized gaming can be seen today, but the development of it is a really hard way. In ancient Roma the simple game "Domino" could be found, in ancient Egypt or ancient India game "Dice" was often to be played and in ancient China "Six bits" was popular. Gaming is so interesting that many fans were attracted deadly. In 1748 the first modern Casino was established in Germany. After that, casinos were accepted around the world. The famous casinos are listed here: Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Macao and Morocco. Hangzhou is one of the cities that were chosen to be the capital in China history. Several dynasties the gaming was thriving: Spring and Autumn Period, Qin and Han dynasty, Tan and Song dynasty, Ming and Qing dynasty. What about gaming in China mainland so far? Chinese government in China mainland of 1949 forbade gaming. It became the image of underworld. The literature review is seriously to study the Hangzhou gaming from documents and library. Traditional, modern, Internet gaming was introduced in the research. The research provides you special taste of Hangzhou gaming. Questionnaire was designed to find the attitude of young respondents based on this research. Data was analyzed by SPSS11.0 software. In the final conclusion, the practical strategies were promoted and the future perspective of gaming was discussed. |
