| Abstract: | 企业如何通过合同治理促进企业间合作关系？本文基于资源依赖理论和学习理论，从合同调整视角，探讨企业间相互依赖关系、合作历史、企业内部法务部地位、外部法制环境对合同调整的影响，以及合同调整对企业间合作绩效（关系满意度和长期合作意向）的影响。本文发现，依赖关系、合作历史、法律弱保护环境对合同调整没有影响，法务部地位正向影响合同调整，法务部地位和法律弱保护环境对依赖和合同调整之间的关系产生负向调节作用，合同调整正向影响关系满意度和长期合作意向。本文延伸了对合同治理理论的理解，指导企业积极应对交易合同调整，提高合作绩效。 |
