dcterms.abstractThe current study provides a timely investigation of the impacts of the global pandemic on the office property market so that the proper recommendations can be given to policymakers and market practitioners. Essentially, as the property price has a lagged effect subsequent to a significant event, the expectation of the practitioners in the property industry would be consulted. Therefore, to highlight the goal and scope of the research study, the first chapter would start with the illustration of the background of the research study to highlight the motivation of the research study for the office property market. Then, the aim and objectives would be defined concerning the research gap revealed from the motor to direct the research investigation about the office property price movement. Finally, the dissertation structure would be provided to facilitate the fast retrieval of the associated contents.en_US
