The primary function of school facilities is to provide a safe and healthy learning environment for students. School facilities provide the physical and social environments in which students and teachers interact for extended periods daily to learn and develop academically. Good educational buildings can ensure the continuity of the learning and teaching processes. They also provide resources to help support and improve academic quality. Like any other organization, a university strives to increase its efficiency in the face of rising operating costs and rising user expectations. A key performance indicator (KPI) is used to achieve an effective performance measurement as it is a measurable value that shows how effectively to achieve critical objectives.en_US
dcterms.abstractIn January 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a worldwide outbreak of COVID-19, a new strain of coronavirus. Government actions have all been aimed at reducing the spread of coronavirus by limiting social contact. Many countries have discontinued face-to-face instruction and examinations. Traditional classes are being replaced wherever possible with school-supplied books and materials. Various e-learning platforms enable interaction between teachers and students. It changed most operation time of the buildings so that it might affect the facilities' performance.en_US
dcterms.abstractThis dissertation's study target was agreed upon as a prestige local university. The primary goal of this study is to compare maintenance performance before the Covid-19 outbreak and during the Covid-19 pandemic period.en_US
dcterms.abstractThe record and information on maintenance data from the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) are collected in this study to analyze the maintenance performance. All of the maintenance work will be discussed in this study. In addition, the CFSO-designed performance pledges will be used as the key performance indicator.en_US
