| Abstract: | 近年来，历史街区旅游成为热门，然而，国内关于历史街区的开发呈现出模式雷同、产品相似、文化品位不高和旅游体验相似等现象。这些现象，恰好说明我们需要重视在历史街区旅游中真实性的体验。因此，能否让游客在游览过程中感知到“真实性”影响着游客对旅游地品牌形象的态度及游后行为意向。我们可在历史街区原生文脉基础上，通过特色文化旅游物建构，发展“真实”，创造“真实”，作为旅游者体验产生正面影响的“工具”，满足旅游者的需求。 本文通过深度访谈，焦点小组等定性研究方法，探寻原生文化基础之上的历史街区真实性设计方法—即通过建构和再造的方式进行真实性设计。并利用定性问卷研究，探讨这种真实性的塑造-建构和再造，是否在实践中被游客认同。本文研究发现：通过建构和再造历史街区旅游吸引物，这种真实性整体上是可以被游客认同的。 同时本文用定量研究的方法，系统分析这种基于原生文化“设计”的游客真实性感知、与历史街区形象以及游后评价如何相互作用。本文研究发现：（1）游客真实性感知对游后评价存在显著的正向影响。（2）物质景观感知对游后评价不产生显著影响（3）精神文化感知、商业因子融入感知、新因子融入感知均对游后评价产生显著影响。（4）游客真实性感知对历史街区整体形象存在显著的正向影响。（5）物质景观感知对认知形象存在显著的正向影响；但物质景观感知对情感形象不存在显著的正向影响。（6）精神生活感知对认知形象和情感形象均存在显著的正向影响。（7）商业因子融入感知对认知形象存在显著的正向影响，但商业因子融入感知对情感形象不存在显著的正向影响。（8）新因子融入感知对认知形象和情感形象均存在显著的正向影响。（9）历史街区整体形象对游后评价存在显著的正向影响。（10）认知形象和情感均对游后评价存在显著的正向影响。 本文以真实性理论为依据，通过打造特色文化旅游吸引物，建构和再造历史街区的“真实性”，初步构建了历史街区的真实性设计体系，探索了真实性构建和旅游目的地形象认同、以及游后评价三者之间的互动关系。并经过实证研究，发现了历史街区的文化属性和商业属性的融合机制。 |
