| dcterms.abstract | 2022年全国高考报名人数已超过 1100万人，高考志愿填报成为考生和家长的头等大事。尽管旅游产业已经成为国民经济战略性支柱产业，旅游管理学科也升到一级学科，然而酒店及旅游管理专业（HTM）每年仍面临招生难、学生专业认同低、行业就业率低等困境。人才供需矛盾已成为阻碍旅游业发展的重要矛盾之一。因此在新的高考制度改革的框架下，研究学生选择 HTM 专业的影响因素，探究其专业选择意愿、专业认同及行业就业意向具有重要的理论和实践意义。 | en_US |
