Abstract: This dissertation takes listed real estate companies in China as the research object, and theoretically analyzes and empirically tests the mechanism of carbon neutrality rating of real estate companies on corporate value. This study provides a new perspective to clarify the relationship between carbon neutrality performance and corporate value of real estate enterprises, and provides theoretical basis and decision-making reference for relevant government departments to promote value improvement by guiding enterprises to assume environmental responsibilities.
