| Abstract: | 乡村高质量发展已经成为许多国家政府和机构的重要议题，其中，包含本地和外来的乡村企业及其创新实践被视为改善乡村产业结构，提升乡村产业竞争力和促进城乡统筹发展的主要手段，创新型乡村企业成为我国落实创新驱动国家战略，实现乡村高质量发展的重要主体。同样，乡村为文旅企业创新提供了广阔空间，但受限于乡村 “熟人社会” 、“裙带关系” 等因素，本地型乡村文旅企业数量占优，而无 “亲缘” 、“地缘” 等当地关系的乡村外来型文旅企业的创新实践更为明显，创新绩效导向下的乡村外来文旅企业关注，以及乡村外来文旅企业创新绩效与乡村高质量发展的关系研究，日益重要。在此背景下，本研究具体探讨了以下两个问题：（1）乡村外来文旅企业的创新绩效如何评估？（2）乡村外来文旅企业创新绩效与乡村高质量发展关系如何？ 为了回答以上两个问题，本文将乡伴文旅集团作为研究乡村外来文旅的案例企业，将乡伴旗下设计、建设、运营的乡伴计家墩作为质性研究的案例地；选择 12 位受访者进行深度访谈，同时结合文献，形成了乡村外来文旅企业创新绩效的初始量表；将上海、江苏、浙江和四川四地乡伴集团在运营的乡村文旅项目地作为量化分析问卷发放地，通过对第一轮 264 份有效问卷调查分析，确定了含有 3 个维度、23 个题项的乡村外来企业创新绩效量表。继而收集了第二轮共 504 份有效问卷以对研究假设进行验证，证实了乡村外来文旅企业创新绩效对乡村高质量发展的促进作用，而创新绩效在乡村外来文旅企业创新对乡村高质量发展的影响中的中介作用、调节作用也得到了验证。 本研究在理论上构建乡村外来文旅企业创新绩效的评价指标体系，探讨了乡村外来文旅企业创新绩效与乡村高质量发展的作用机制。在实践上，本研究明确乡村外来企业在进行文旅创新实践的重点，同时也提出政府和行业在引导和促进乡村外来文旅企业创新的策略。 |
