dcterms.abstract | Energy management of hotel is an important topic for hotel management research in China.Along with the improvement of people's living standards and foreign exchange continues to expand, increasing modern-star hotel for business guests with a comfortable living, improve the environment and entertainment services; Meanwhile, energy consumption is relatively high. Regardless of the operating costs of environmental resources or control of the hotel, or to meet the demand of guests, it is a significant meaning to make a scientific and rational management of the hotel energy; A scientific and rational management of energy at hotel means to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption, to reduce the burden on the environment and to save the cost of the hotel. However, many employees do not understand the hotel energy management, it will stay on the surface. In this paper, the author make a contrast between the stuff and supervisor for their understanding of energy conservation. Aggregate several aspects of energy conservation at the hotel, which were combined by scholars in the past, from a management perspective and measures perspective, compare the significance of energy-saving work between the stuff and supervisor; Research the degree of implementation of energy-saving work at the hotel. According to the result, the hotel staff has an ambiguous awareness of the energy conservation. The supervisor hope through the training, evaluation and integration and other means to make staff at the hotel to change ideas, and to build up energy-saving awareness. And also found different hotel staff and supervisors have ambiguous cognition in several important aspects of energy-saving work. Hope that the hotel could use a scientific and rational energy management techniques and ways to strengthen the system Management, improve energy control technology, reduce costs and bring economic benefits to the hotel. This paper take the four-star hotels in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province as examples, hope provide a reference for energy management of other hotels. | en_US |
