Abstract: | “一带一路” 倡议中,我国职业教育有责任与义务提供重要的服务与支撑,这是国家战略赋予的历史使命。“一带一路” 为我国职业教育发展带来巨大的发展空间,有利于我国职业教育的经验外输、结构升级及品牌塑造。同时,在服务与支撑 “一带一路” 倡议中,我国职业教育面临着相关专业人才培养总体质量堪忧、相关专业人才培养内在结构失调、职业教育的国际化程度不高及职业院校学生前景待明等困境。解决这种困境需要科学判断,综合动员各方力量,整合多种资源,不断树立国际化办学理念,扩大人才培养的规模,提升人才培养的质量,加大服务与支撑能力和营造良好的舆论氛围,促进职业教育服务 “一带一路” 质量与能力的全面提高。 在本文中,我们的研究问题是分析了职业教育对就业质量的影响研究,提出一个高级职业教育人才培养的新模式,符合 “一带一路” 倡议对新人才的要求,弥补 “一带一路” 新背景下人才供应与就业市场需求的差距,并且为推进 “一带一路” 倡议实施提供更多复合型、高素质、高技能、国际化的人才。 我们建议将传统的定性的 “SWOT” 分析方法运用到 “一带一路” 背景下职业人才培养体系中,量化影响职业人才培养的 “S” 优势、“W” 劣势、“O” 机会和 “W” 威胁四大指标,建立 “量化 SWOT” 人才培养模型,同时利用线性回归方法分析职业教育对就业质量的影响研究。并且利用实证的方法,将服务于 “一带一路” 倡议企业的人才需求的数据代入到该模型,验证我们提出的职业教育人才培养体系的可行性。 |
