| dcterms.abstract | 投机行为是经济学领域的一个重要研究项目。交易成本理论、信息不对称理论以及代理人理论等在研究中都得到了广泛应用，也取得了极大进展。在现实应用方面也给出了林林总总的降低和预防投机主义的理论和方法。比如关系嵌入、专项投资锁定、充分沟通以及公平公正等，并且对政策和行为的一致性都给出了高度的肯定。然而在现实实践中，政策和行为的不一致性随处可见。这导致了对于所谓的 ‘知行不一’ 的思考。本文通过对笔者所在的工程机械行业经销商网络的实证研究探讨政策的不一致性（特别是制造商在激励政策上的差异性）对渠道自我认知（特别是经销商的关系嵌入和道德推脱）和对其最终所采取的投机行为的影响。藉此为给出现实性的应对策略提供线索。 | en_US |
