| dcterms.abstract | 中国一带一路倡议的提出是中国对外投资和经贸合作的重要事件。一带一路倡议到底如何影响中国对外投资，是一个到目前为止鲜有探索的问题。本文根据 2008年～ 2016 年中国对 117 个国家的对外直接投资 (OFDI) 的数据样本，实证研究：（ 1) 东道国的民主化程度对中国海外直接投资 (OFDI) 的影响；（ 2) 一带一路倡议的提出和执行到底如何影响东道国的民主化程度与中国海外直接投资这一关系的。本文通过双差分计量回归统计结果显示：（l) 其他因素一样，民主化程度较低的东道国对吸引中国 OFDI 并没有显著影响，即中国 OFDI 并没有倾向于集权化程度（专制）高的国家。这与以往研究不同，因为他们的研究在选取数据样本和时限存在偏差和研究的层面不同；（ 2）基于一带一路双边协定，一带一路沿线民主化程度较低的东道国显著吸引中国 OFDI 的流入，表明中国和一带一路国家的双边协定显著降低了中国企业在一带一路沿线国家投资的国家风险，从而显著促进中国 OFDI 的流入。总之，本文的研究加深了我们对于两国双边协定，尤其是中国与一带一路国家的双边协定，在如何影响东道国的民主化程度与中国海外直接投资关系方面的理解。 | en_US |
