| dcterms.abstract | 当前责任型领导的研究尚处于起步阶段，理论研究还很缺乏，对于责任型领导行为的影响结果，尤其是对于员工个体层面的影响机制研究较少。从推动责任型领导的研究与发展角度出发，学界有必要就责任型领导及责任型领导对组织、个体的影响结果和影响机制进行实证性研究。为了弥补这一领域研究的不足，为律师团队的管理实践需求探索新的发展路径，本研究运用调查问卷、数据分析的研究方法，聚焦律师团队责任型领导与员工的组织内绩效（任务绩效、组织公民行为）及组织外绩效（志愿行为）的关系，探讨员工组织公平感的中介作用。 | en_US |
