dcterms.abstract | 当前责任型领导的研究尚处于起步阶段,理论研究还很缺乏,对于责任型领导行为的影响结果,尤其是对于员工个体层面的影响机制研究较少。从推动责任型领导的研究与发展角度出发,学界有必要就责任型领导及责任型领导对组织、个体的影响结果和影响机制进行实证性研究。为了弥补这一领域研究的不足,为律师团队的管理实践需求探索新的发展路径,本研究运用调查问卷、数据分析的研究方法,聚焦律师团队责任型领导与员工的组织内绩效(任务绩效、组织公民行为)及组织外绩效(志愿行为)的关系,探讨员工组织公平感的中介作用。 | en_US |
