Abstract: 今年两会期间,国家住建部发出倡导,希望多行业跨界协同,合力建造绿色、低碳、智能、安全的好房子。受到国家政策的号召、经济发展需要,以及消费者热切期盼的共同驱使,将绿色与科技相结合应用到生产经营当中,为房地产及物业企业保持高质量发展开辟了的新方向。然而,在建筑能源消耗中,中央空调能源消耗巨大的问题一直困扰行业发展,如何进一步运用科学技术降低中央空调能耗、为消费者打造绿色、低碳、智能的好房子,成为房地产及物业行业发展必须解决的问题。
本文根据国家政策及房地产行业新发展导向获得研究思路,在充分总结以往学者研究成果后,发现已有研究尚未具体聚焦 AI 在绿色建筑中的应用与价值评估。因此本文在以往研究基础上,提出以深度学习算法动态调节中央空调来实现绿色建筑的物业管理方式,详细说明 AI 技术在室内环境调节智能控制策略的生成原理和方法,论证 AI 技术的运用实现绿色建筑,并通过计算设计科学研究,采取客观二手数据和一手问卷调查方式,科学真实验证 AI 技术实现绿色建筑的可行性和应用价值。
研究结果表明,本文提出的 AI 智能调控系统在降低中央空调能耗、提升用户舒适度方面能够达到良好效果,计算设计科学在评估 AI 智能技术实现绿色建筑方面发挥了积极作用。研究中建立的 AI 中央空调智能控制系统综合评估体系,推进了智能建筑管理系统的发展。这些研究成果为物业管理绿色发展创造了新的视角和工具,为推动绿色建筑和智能化物业管理的发展提供了一定的参考和借鉴。
