| Abstract: | 旅居养老是指老年人前往非常住地的商业旅居养老中心居住与参与活动的一种养老方式。近年来，随着经济的发展与老年人群体观念的转变，旅居养老已经成为越来越多老年群体的养老选择。相应地，有关影响旅居养老的质量与决策的因素的探讨也引起了养老相关业务企业与学者们的广泛关注。已有有关旅居养老的影响因素的研究大多聚焦于宏观层面，而为数不多的微观层面的研究主要探讨了老年人自身的经济与身体条件以及传统的适老化设施等对旅居养老的影响，鲜有涉及旅居养老中心方面的因素对旅居养老的影响。本研究聚焦于微观层面的因素，致力于探讨：旅居养老中心的哪些因素会对老年人的旅居养老质量与决策产生影响？如果这些因素会对老年人的旅居养老质量与决策产生影响，其发生影响的作用机制是什么？ 为了回答上述问题，本研究依托自我决定理论，构建了一个中介效应模型，探讨老年人在旅居养老中心的数字化生活设施的使用体验与旅居养老中心的服务氛围如何通过影响老年人的基本心理需求的满足（包括自主、胜任与关系心理需求满足），进而影响他们的主观幸福感、对旅居养老中心的服务满意度以及重购意愿。首先，本文通过定性研究方法，初步分析影响老年人主观幸福感、对旅居养老中心服务满意度和重购意愿的主要因素。其次，本研究采取定量分析方法，通过对 263 份有效问卷样本进行路径分析，进一步对研究模型进行检验。本研究得出以下结论：（1）老年人在旅居养老中心数字化生活设施使用体验越好，其主观幸福感和对旅居养老中心的服务满意度越高；（2）老年人感知到旅居养老中心的服务氛围越浓厚，其主观幸福感、对旅居养老中心的服务满意度以及重购旅居养老中心产品与服务的意愿越高；（3）基本心理需求满足在数字化生活设施的使用体验对旅居养老质量与决策的影响中发挥中介作用，也在旅居养老中心服务氛围对旅居养老质量与决策的影响中发挥中介作用。 本研究从微观层面丰富与深化了旅居养老质量与决策的影响因素的理论分析，可为企业完善旅居养老服务产品与服务，选拔与培训员工提供科学依据，也可为旅游企业转型升级，为国家完善养老服务体系提供借鉴。 |
