Abstract: | 随着全球旅游消费者及其消费习惯的不断迭代更新,小众团体旅游需求量逐步增长。此类旅游者已不局限于对传统旅游要素的满足,集体共同情感能量的团结与升腾已然成为他们旅游活动中必不可少的一环。“共睦态” 为小众团体旅游塑造了新部落旅游体验模型,体现了旅游者的情感价值。 本研究以婚庆旅游表演为例,在旅游表演范式的研究框架下,基于 UGC 文本分析、参与式摄影与深度访谈三角验证的结果,实证考察新部落旅游体验的过程及其需求特征,以及新一代旅游者具身体验的隐喻价值 “共睦态” 的真实性与过程性。主要围绕三个研究问题:第一,以婚庆旅游为例的小众团体旅游表演是如何直接影响旅游体验的;第二,旅游者个体情感是如何 “汇入” 到集体情感中的,这个因集体旅游而形成的新部落情感有哪些不同的特征;第三,新部落旅游体验如何在特定情境旅游中实现群体旅游者情感共建直至得到共鸣。 研究发现:第一,新部落主义视角下的旅游者及其 “共情” 特征与路径;第二,新部落旅游表演建构的真实性和过程性获得了验证;第三,情感能量——旅游体验的循环随 “共情” 的展演而变化发展,情感级别和强化程度直至 “共情” 时,集体旅游体验达到高潮。本研究在新部落主义视角下,首次将集体情感纳入旅游表演的分析框架中,挖掘了新部落婚庆旅游体验的建构模型,丰富了小众团体旅游的表演性和隐喻性以及旅游体验的情感能量研究。上述发现具化了旅游者以表演者的双重身份符号参与旅游表演的特征,为小众团体旅游规划与开发提供了重要的管理启示,从而提供具有深层次、全方位的旅游产品。 |
