| dcterms.abstract | 数字经济和旅游业已成为中国未来关键领域之一。然而，人才在数字能力方面的不足正在阻碍酒店行业的数字化进程。本研究采用质性与量化混合的研究方法，探讨培养本科酒店管理学生数字能力的机制和路径。本研究分为两个子部分：子研究一利用定性访谈、内容分析和问卷调查，详细阐述并验证数字时代酒店管理人才所需的基本数字能力，构建出酒店管理专业数字能力框架。子研究二则探讨教育环境，考察课程体系、教学过程、个人差异、校园数字化材料、文化和制度环境如何影响学生的数字能力和酒店就业信心。 | en_US |
