dcterms.abstract数字经济和旅游业已成为中国未来关键领域之一。然而,人才在数字能力方面的不足正在阻碍酒店行业的数字化进程。本研究采用质性与量化混合的研究方法,探讨培养本科酒店管理学生数字能力的机制和路径。本研究分为两个子部分:子研究一利用定性访谈、内容分析和问卷调查,详细阐述并验证数字时代酒店管理人才所需的基本数字能力,构建出酒店管理专业数字能力框架。子研究二则探讨教育环境,考察课程体系、教学过程、个人差异、校园数字化材料、文化和制度环境如何影响学生的数字能力和酒店就业信心。en_US
dcterms.abstract本研究发现,各种数字能力之间存在递进关系。数据驱动思维、算法思维、数字化基本原理和危机意识是所有酒店管理专业数字能力中的核心能力。酒店管理本科生表现出积极的数字态度,但他们的数字知识和技能相对较低。课程、教学过程和支持数字化的制度环境在提升学生的数字能力方面发挥了重要作用,其中教学过程的影响最大。影响学生酒店就业信心的关键因素包括数字态度和以掌握为导向的学习策略。根据发现,研究建议高等教育机构优化课程和教学过程,以培养学生的核心能力。此外,酒店管理企业应优先进行核心能力的培训,以支持行业的成功数字转型。本研究为酒店人才发展和高等教育提供了新视角,结论具有普遍适用性,同时也为各类非数字本科项目的课程和教学设计提供了有益借鉴。en_US
