| Abstract: | 当前，我国人口结构已进入老龄化社会。在国家积极老龄化战略的时代背景下，以老年人群体为主要居住人群和服务对象的基层康养社区，成为积极老龄化的重要实施载体。在现实社区治理中，康养社区管理者在提高养老运营和服务的同时，更需要发挥老年业主的主体性、积极性。如何在社区合理开发居民人力资源，增加其集体心理所有权维度，在社区服务中实现 “老有所为”、“老有所乐”，激发社区老年人的组织公民行为，不断提高社区居民的认同感、获得感、幸福感，必将成为中国社区治理、养老服务和乡村振兴的重要发展方向。 本研究将组织公民行为扩展到中国集体主义文化下的老年康养社区，就 “中国康养社区公民行为构成维度是什么” 以及 “康养社区社会资本如何影响社区居民参与公民行为” 这两个核心问题展开研究。以 S-O-R 模型为研究框架，以社会交换理论、组织支持理论、角色理论和老年亚文化群理论为基础，构建康养社区社会资本促进居民公民行为的模型假设。研究样本选取武汉、惠州、海南三地进行访谈和问卷统计。首先，在对相关研究进行梳理和总结的基础上，结合文本分析、半结构化访谈等，运用扎根理论分析法提炼出康养社区公民行为的构成维度。在过往公民行为研究的 “帮助行为”、“利他行为”、“人际和谐” 理论基础上，提取出 “帮助支持 ”、“和合共生” 维度，凸显老年人彼此心灵慰藉的情感互助，更贴合中华文化基因下命运共同体的宇宙观和发展观。接下来，遵循量表开发的标准范式和步骤，本文开发了康养社区居民公民行为的测量量表。最后，通过对收集数据进行实证分析验证。结果发现，康养社区会资本（结构型、关系型、认知型）对社区公民行为具有显著正向影响。集体心理所有权，在不同维度社会资本作用于社区公民行为关系中，发生中介效应。公共服务动机在集体心理所有权对社区公民行为作用中具有显著正向调节效应。本研究建构的康养社区居民公民行为的机制模型，揭示了康养社区社会资本影响社区公民行为的作用机制，拓展了组织公民行为在中国康养社区的情境下的理论研究，为康养社区公民行为研究提供了新的研究范式。 |
