| dcterms.abstract | 肩负着乡村振兴、和美乡村建设、人才回归等重要使命的乡村旅游业，其发展成果已超越了个体和组织层面的愿景，成为整个中国面对乡村发展的重要关注热点和破题路径。乡村旅游的发展使得乡村传统的组织模式、发展模式、动力机制产生了剧烈而深刻的变化，传统农民已可以在本村脱离土地谋生，已经成为乡村社区的重要生计类型。面对城市居民日益增长的乡村旅游需求，农旅融合成为拓宽农户旅游增收渠道的有效途径，农户要将农业与旅游业紧密结合才能实现农业生产收入与旅游收入的可持续增长。然而，乡村旅游经过了初期简单的数量扩张，往往会暴露出了越来越多的问题，包括乡村旅游资源利用单一、经济收益漏损等，给乡村生计的可持续发展带来重大挑战。因此，有必要对乡村旅游背景下农户生计的内在特征和演变规律进行研究。 | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | 基于可持续生计框架和生计资本理论，本研究选取浙江省宁波市花墙、白岩下两个村作为研究对象，分析对比其生计演化的过程。本研究以扎根理论为主要研究方法，结合文本分析、半结构化访谈、焦点小组讨论、参与式农村评估（PRA）等研究手段，梳理了生计资本的演化的三个阶段、提炼了生计资本的五种类型，并探索其在不同阶段产生的作用和影响。 | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | 研究发现，通过乡村旅游社区发展村民在经济性生计输出、社会性生计输出、环境性生计输出三方面有明显变化，其中村民的福利待遇、社交能力、交际圈、生态环境意识，以及抵抗自然风险的能力都有明显提升，但是在村庄内部贫富差距拉大、村庄内部稳定性有一定动摇、村民生计渠道变少等方面出现了新的问题。理论层面，对加入文化资本这一新的元素，更加符合乡村文化振兴的要求，对村民生计资本的考察更加全面。实践层面，本研究有助于地方政府全方位总结提炼乡村旅游社区居民生计改善的策略选择与提升困境，有助于未来精准制定政策，改善现有体制机制，有助于当地农户全方位地分析自身的收入构成，从而提升自身的经营能力和水平，补足短板发扬长板，进一步提升个人收入。 | en_US |
