| Abstract: | 近年来，非物质文化遗产作为一种文化思想的代表意识形态，在互联网技术发展和文旅融合的背景下，深受政府机构和越来越多的年轻群体的关注和喜欢。通过数字化及网络化的领先技术，虽然非物质文化遗产的传承和发展已经取得了一定的成绩，但目前的保护现状依然存在形式简单、渠道单一的问题；虽然非遗传承与发展有了很多新的机会，也需解决体制和机制上的难题，找寻有效且长期的良性传承路径。 作为营利和非营利的混合体，社会创业的出现给出了一个全新的解决方案。社会创业主张借助市场的能量，整合组织内部及外部的资源，用创新的手法解决社会问题，实现社会和经济价值双重目标。作为一种解决社会问题的创新手段，社会创业在我国一些社会领域的社会价值体现已得到学界的普遍认可，而且有部分学着也已经发现在非物质文化遗产保护和传承中结合社会创业企业的优势可以更好的实现传承和发展的效果。 中国传统戏剧成为在当代的世界文化中识别中华名族文化显著的标志之一，它浓缩了多远而丰富多样的种族审美、地域特色、时代风尚等，逐渐成为中华名族不断孕育、发展、传承下来的一切戏剧形态的总和，深深依附丰富多样的历史传统和社会活动中。虽然戏曲类非遗如此宝贵，但是由于对传统戏剧样式缺少足够的了解和保护意识，传统戏剧艺术在当代文化格局中渐趋边缘。传统戏曲类非遗面临着如何保护、如何发展、如何走出去的困境的艰难局面。目前，针对非物质文化遗产保护与传承的文献主要成果集中于展示不同类型非物质文化遗产的价值与特征，及其目前接受的保护与传承的程度反馈等，大部分也关于传统节庆或是手工艺类非遗，而传统戏曲为代表的表演艺术类非遗项目研究相对较少。大多研究还是关于如何从相关利益者角度或者外环境层面的支持与保护性发展，从商业持续性和创业角度针对传统戏曲类非遗的传承与发展更少了。本文试图基于社会创业视角发掘和探索影响戏曲类非遗剧团社会创业成功的关键影响因素，从而探讨社会创业在戏曲类非遗可以做出的传承和发展上的助力，探索戏曲类非遗剧团发展和传承的新路径。 |
