| Abstract: | 这篇博士论文研究了国家的营商环境对该国出口企业的出口表现以及出口企业存活的重要影响。利用2010年至2014年期间来自50多个国家的55个行业的详细出口动态数据，本论文探讨了一个国家的营商环境对其制造业出口、出口商数量和出口商平均出口价值的影响。我们的研究发现，一个国家总体营商环境的改善，会显著提高该国的制造业的总出口以及出口企业平均出口额，但对出口企业数量没有显著的影响。本论文还研究了营商环境子环境组成部分，包括易于保护少数投资者、纳税、跨国交易、执行合同对出口的影响。重要的是，本研究通过分析营商环境在不同合同密集程度的行业产生的相关性验证了营商环境对该国出口企业出口的影响存在因果关系。我们的研究结果为企业界和政策制定者提供了新颖的证据，有助于他们了解营商环境对出口商和一个国家的制造业出口竞争力的影响。通过该研究，对国家改善营商环境对制造业出口、制造业企业选择国家作为出口基地有实践意义。 |
