| dcterms.abstract | 本研究以文学旅游资源的开发模式为基础，结合体验理论，以设计的视角，从文化元素的顶层建构到应用后的体验分析，研究东西方文化元素在奢华酒店的应用模式。本研究具体探讨了以下三个问题：本土奢华酒店中应用了哪些东西方文化元素？如何在本土奢华酒店中运用东西方文化元素？东西方文化元素在本土奢华酒店中的应用带来了哪些极致体验效果？基于文献回顾，本研究重点选取了西藏拉萨瑞吉酒店、上海柏悦酒店、青岛涵碧楼等样本酒店，并对其进行实地踏勘研究，采用定性研究的方法，通过开放式访谈等方式收集一手资料。通过网络志开展资料收集分析；通过酒店品牌官网，进行品牌文化资料收集编码分析；通过媒体收集大师访谈资料和相关研究背景资料进行分析；通过携程旅游手机APP，网络收集客户点评资料，对奢华酒店客户体验点评进行词频编码分析。网络志的在线资料，时效性强，数据丰富。 | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | 本研究立足于本土奢华酒店的研究情境，聚焦文化元素，就文化元素的顶层建构、应用模式、体验效果和生长模式进行探讨。本研究直接聚焦于文化元素的运用角度，突破了以往的旅游研究和酒店研究，为酒店的多维度研究提供了新视角，在一定程度上突破了以往研究的范围，拓宽了研究维度和视野。基于文化资源开发利用模式，对奢华酒店文化元素的运用进行了系统的研究，延展了文化资源开发应用模式在奢华酒店中的应用情境，探讨了文化元素在奢华酒店的生长模式，对深化文化资源的进一步开发，及其相关的应用理论研究，具有一定的推动作用。本土奢华酒店住客的体验感知分析，有助于极致体验进行多维的探讨，丰富了当前极致体验的研究体系，对极致体验理论在奢华酒店的应用进行了深化和拓展，具有一定的补充作用。 | en_US |
