| Abstract: | 在大力发展旅游业夜间经济的背景下，吸引游客参与夜间旅游活动是主题公园重要的经营手段之一。本研究使用定量研究方法，运用体验经济概念、价值共创理论，对游客参与主题公园夜间旅游前的在线互动、旅游中的沉浸式夜游体验以及体验后的感知价值认同进行研究，寻找游客参与体验的全过程价值共创的影响因素，进一步梳理出价值共创及其影响因素与游客重游意愿之间的关系。针对收回的820份有效问卷进行结构方程模型分析发现，游客参与主题公园夜间旅游的在线互动对沉浸式夜游体验及感知价值认同有显著性正向影响，沉浸式夜游体验对感知价值认同也有显著性正向影响。游客参与夜间旅游的在线互动、沉浸式夜游体验以及体验后的感知价值认同对价值共创皆有显著性正向影响，沉浸式夜游体验、感知价值认同以及价值共创对重游意愿有显著性正向影响。价值共创在游客的在线互动、沉浸式夜游体验、感知价值认同和重游意愿之间存在部分中介效应。主题公园管理者在夜间旅游产品打造方面要关注游客参与的全过程体验，重视游客对夜间旅游产品的价值认同感，营造价值共创线上与线下的互动氛围与体验场景，进而获取游客的重游意愿与推荐意愿。 本研究构建了游客参与主题公园夜间旅游价值共创-重游意愿的理论模型。同时辅以定性研究发现，游客夜间旅游的重游意愿与重游行为之间还存在一定的差异，主题公园夜间旅游场景创新与氛围打造相较于白天来说，更能引起游客的期待。夜间旅游产品在游园氛围、体验场景及演艺活动方面可以不断推陈出新，经营管理者可以利用白天亦可体验的主题项目作为补充，使得整体夜游的互动体验内容更加丰富多样。因此促进游客重游行为的因素在于产品的焕新力度，还在于对线上平台互动的感知与响应程度，这就回到了游客参与主题公园夜间旅游全过程的循环当中，进一步佐证定量研究结果的价值。本研究在价值共创的视角下扩展了重游意愿和重游行为之间的关联研究，为主题公园的经营提升、城市化进程下的全域旅游发展提供重要的实践参考意义。 |
