Abstract: 随着新经济时代的到来,员工作为企业最关键的可支配资源,其工作满意度逐渐成为企业关注的核心问题。本研究深入探讨了真诚型领导力在酒店行业的应用,特别关注性别在共情中介过程中的调节作用,并量化展示了其对特定行业下属的工作意义感的影响。
真诚型领导力理论强调领导者的情感智慧,包括真诚、透明、信任和共情等元素。本研究从 600 余名酒店一线员工数据,使用偏最小二乘结构方程模型研究性别差异对真诚型领导的影响。同时,将真诚型领导力与情感智慧理论和情感传递理论相结合,尤其关注共情中介的作用,扩展了真诚型领导力的理论框架在酒店研究领域的应用,更全面地理解领导者如何影响员工的工作态度和行为。
通过本研究,我们旨在为酒店行业的实际运营和管理提供积极影响和重要实践意义,促进酒店业建立积极的领导-下属关系,提高员工的工作满意度,为真诚领导力赋予更具行业特色的实践基础。
