dcterms.abstract组织韧性是指组织预测、避免和调整其环境中的冲击的能力,它受到企业资源、能力和外部环境等方面的影响。而对于中国的小微企业来说,资金问题是困扰其发展的核心约束之一。普惠金融的出现,通过数字化能力,使得金融的覆盖面得到了极大的提升,缓解了银行与小微企业之间的信息不对称问题,一定程度上解决了小微企业发展面临的资金问题。而以往的研究由于缺乏可信的小微企业数据,相应的研究文献较少。本研究获取了国内某银行普惠贷款服务的小微企业的相关数据,基于组织韧性理论,探索在新冠疫情的背景下普惠金融对于小微企业组织韧性的影响,同时探索企业外部市场合作能力——即上下游客户的集中度——对于普惠金融影响小微企业组织韧性的调节作用。结果显示,对于面临疫情突发风险的小微企业,普惠金融可以帮助提升其组织韧性,具体表现为小微企业的成长性更好,销售波动性更小;同时在使用了普惠金融的小微企业中,企业面临经营失败的风险更低。对于下游集中度更高的小微企业来说,普惠金融对于其组织韧性的提升作用更加明显。本文通过这一研究,拓宽了组织韧性的影响因素研究,考察了普惠金融对于小微企业组织韧性的影响,提出并检验了上下游合作集中度这一边界条件。在实践层面,一方面可以帮助小微企业面临突发事件时,做好相关资源准备,尤其是财务资源,可以帮助更从容的应对突发风险,尤其对于下游客户集中度高的小微企业,相关财务资源的支持更加重要;另一方面对于银行信贷投放政策的制定,支持小微企业的发展也具有指导意义。en_US
