| dcterms.abstract | 针对上述文献中的缺口，本文聚焦跨职能团队中职能部门与业务组织穿透的无边界组织，运用多案例研究方法，深入调研了 6 家企业，其组织中都具有职能部门穿透业务的三个特征：职能部门能够融入项目，例如与业务人员共同行动，参与项目会议等；职能部门能从市场导向出发实现对业务的支持；职能部门薪酬与市场绩效挂钩并实现利益绑定。当以上三种行为同时体现在一个组织中并且全体成员全流程参与，我们称其为职能部门对业务穿透的无边界组织。本文中 “无边界组织” 是团队间的融合，兼具无边界组织中水平无边界组织，地理无边界组织的特点。这个概念在相关文献中也称为跨职能团队，严格说来，应该叫 “无边界团队”。 | en_US |
