| dcterms.abstract | 家族企业作为中国民营经济的重要力量，目前已进入将企业传递给二代继承人接班的高峰时期，而能否顺利实现代际传承，是关乎家族企业永续发展的关键因素之一。中国家族企业大多在改革开放之后兴起，深受传统文化浸润。同时，国内职业经理人市场发育尚不充分，并非所有家族企业都能有效引入职业经理人模式。这些因素共同塑造了中国家族企业代际传承有别于西方的独特路径。尽管家族企业通常被视为更注重长远价值创造的主体，但在代际传承的压力下，现有研究表明企业的长期投资行为可能发生显著改变。然而，学界目前仍缺乏针对代际传承与家族企业 ESG 表现之间关联的系统性探讨。鉴于此，本研究依托现有文献，聚焦代际传承过程，从 ESG 维度剖析其对家族企业 ESG 表现的作用路径。 | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | 本研究选取 2014—2020 年中国家族企业作为样本，实证考察了代际传承对家族企业 ESG 表现的影响。研究发现，处于代际传承进程中的家族企业，其短期经营绩效下滑更为显著，且 ESG 评级也相对较低。对 ESG 进行分维度检验发现，发生代际传承对于治理（G）表现造成了显著的负面影响，完成代际传承则会导致环境（E）与治理（G）表现出现显著下降。进一步研究发现，在潜在继承人数量更多、二代继承人为女性、二代继承人学历更低、二代继承人不具有海外背景的子样本中，代际传承对 ESG 表现的负面影响更大。另外，本文还发现二代继承人对于 ESG 的重视程度会受到外部环境的影响，当家族企业处于竞争强度更高的行业与制度环境更完善的地区时，代际传承与 ESG 表现的负向关系会减弱。最后，本文还发现代际传承对 ESG 表现的负面作用源自于二代继承人的短视行为，二代继承人在接班后不愿意做需要长期投入的研发投资、更倾向于去做短期内能收获高收益的金融资产配置。 | en_US |
