| dcterms.abstract | 随着科技的迅猛发展，AI（即人工智能，Artificial Intelligence）和大数据已经成为推动各行业变革的核心引擎。冷链物流行业也站在了一个从全人工到全自动化的命运转折点。行业约 70% 以上企业在发力全链路数字化转型，91% 的冷链物流企业表示需要继续加大投入数字化技术投入。在这个变革浪潮中，AI+ 数字化冷链发展已经成为当前的热点，冷链企业需要不断进行技术迭代，提升 AI+ 数字化的管理水平，以适应未来冷链物流发展的新常态。 | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | 通过检索和解读相关文献发现，当前学界对于 “AI 究竟是如何赋能冷链物流企业价值创造的” 这一问题的回答并不能令人满意。已有文献直接 “破题” 的很少，多数相关的文献主要围绕 AI 对企业价值创造的影响、AI 的价值主张及商业模式创新，以及 AI 对企业发展的价值创造机制等问题开展分析。这些研究在研究对象选择上多以传统企业为主，较少涉及冷链物流领域，并且研究方法多以案例分析为代表的质性研究为主，暂未发现依托大规模数据收集和处理。 | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | 本研究的主要目的在于揭示 AI 技术赋能冷链物流企业价值创造的机制，弥补当前研究不足的同时，也希望可以深化学界对上述问题的认识和理解。为此，本研究通过引入资源基础观，识别 AI 技术赋能冷链物流企业价值创造过程中的关键变量，并基于 “AI 能力——价值创造——价值实现” 的过程，构建起一个有关 AI 技术赋能冷链物流企业价值创造的理论模型。同时，结合变量间的作用路径开发设计问卷，并选择冷链物流行业及其上下游公司作为调查对象发放问卷。 | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | 利用 667 份有效问卷数据，本文使用结构方程模型实证检验了需求预测能力、实时监管能力、敏捷响应、库存管理与价值实现之间的作用路径和结果。研究发现：（1）AI 技术加持下，敏捷响应和库存管理这两种价值创造机制，均会对冷链物流公司的价值实现产生直接显著正向作用，且后者的作用程度更大。（2）作为 AI 能力的表征，实时监管能力和需求预测能力均能增强冷链物理企业的敏捷响应和库存管理水平，且对前者影响更大。（3）实时监管能力和需求预测能力均能通过 “敏捷响应—库存管理” 这条路径，对冷链物流公司的价值实现产生间接正向影响，这一作用路径并不存在显著的规模异质性和地区异质性。 | en_US |
