| dcterms.abstract | 既有研究更多关注单个企业特征、经营策略对核心企业经营稳定性的影响,本文拓展性地考察了上下游企业经营策略相似度、智能化水平相似度等对供应链韧性的影响。本文通过生成式 AI 模型测算供应链上下游企业的经营策略相似度,然后进行实证研究,发现供应链上下游企业的经营策略相似度越高,供应链韧性越强;智能化相似度越高,供应链韧性越强;供应链上下游企业经营策略相似度对供应链韧性的正向影响在智能化相似度较高时,作用更大。异质性分析表明,供应链上下游企业经营策略相似度对供应链韧性的正向影响在信息透明度更低、第一大股东持股比例较低和供应商(或客户)为非国有控股企业中作用更大;同时,智能化水平对供应链韧性的影响在信息透明度更低、第一大股东持股比例较低以及客户非四大审计时,作用更大。这表明在企业信息透明度低、外部治理较弱的情况下,供应链上下游企业经营策略相似度高或智能化水平一致时,将有助于上下游企业采取一致的行动,从而增强供应链韧性。 | en_US |
