| dcterms.abstract | 随着中国经济结构的优化与调整，中国高端酒店的发展逻辑发生了深刻改变，依靠地产红利高速扩张的增量时代已经过去，取而代之的是更加重视高质量发展的存量时代。中国存量高端酒店并购交易数量日渐增加，酒店并购后换牌事件屡见不鲜，酒店品牌竞争压力日益增大。业主在并购高端酒店后如何选择酒店品牌，是否有相对量化的决策模型可以借鉴，成为业界与学界共同关注的焦点问题，然而现有文献中较少有聚焦于这一主题的研究。 | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | 在对现有相关研究进行梳理的基础上，本研究采用定性研究的方法，首先对 17 位来自并购业主、酒店品牌、咨询服务公司的高管进行了访谈，提炼出了并购业主选择酒店品牌的影响因素清单。随后，借鉴层次分析法的研究思路以影响因素清单为基础初步构建了决策模型指标体系，通过德尔菲专家咨询的方法邀请 15 位专家对决策模型开展了两轮专家咨询，最终确定了决策模型指标体系及权重。最后，邀请 3 位行业专家根据实践案例对决策模型进行了实证检验，研究发现决策模型的运算结果与实践结果吻合度较高，可以为实践提供参考与借鉴。 | en_US |
