| dcterms.abstract | 在新一轮智能化浪潮持续重塑产业竞争格局的背景下,战略性新兴产业企业普遍遭遇研发投入高、成果转化效率偏低的现实难题。围绕这一问题,本文关注 AI 技术在战略性新兴产业企业内部的深度嵌入是否能够提升企业高质量创新水平,以及其发挥作用的内在机理。基于中国 A 股战略性新兴产业 764 家企业 2011—2023 年面板数据,本文从管理层认知、技术基础与业务应用三个层面构建渗透度指标,并以发明专利申请量等作为高质量创新的代理测度,系统考察其影响效应、传导机制与情境边界。 | en_US |
| dcterms.abstract | 实证结果表明:第一,渗透度提升能够显著推动企业高质量创新水平上升。第二,机制检验显示,动态能力在其中发挥关键中介作用,识别、吸收与适应能力共同构成从外部信号感知到资源整合转化、再到组织重构优化的传导链条。第三,情境分析发现,市场不确定性与区域政策信号波动均呈现显著的正向调节效应,即外部环境越动荡,这一作用越明显。第四,异质性分析进一步显示,该效应在技术密集度更高、数据资源更充足以及治理结构更完善的企业中更为突出。与此同时,组态分析揭示了实现高质量创新的多条等效路径,包括技术与能力协同驱动、能力主导并受环境因素强化等类型,突出体现了适应能力在不同配置中的枢纽地位。 | en_US |
