Abstract: This project is focused on studying whether organizations in Hong Kong and Shanghai share similar characteristics in the development of corporate entrepreneurship in terms of key elements like management personalities, company structure and company strategy. The study concludes that key elements involved are of similar weighting contributing to corporate entrepreneurship but the degree of corporate entrepreneurship in Shanghai are higher than that of Hong Kong.
