dcterms.abstract | This study aims at using requirements traceability to improve the project estimation and project progress tracking process. It analyzes the current problems of estimation inaccuracy and late project slippage detection, suggests a solution framework for them. The effectiveness of the solution based on requirements traceability is evaluated by the application of the solution to real-life projects through the support tools implemented. From the result of study, it can be concluded that the use of traceability can help project estimation and progress tracking. The result is vital that it provides an easy path for organizations to capture or to utilize project data based on requirements and traces from it. | en_US |
