dcterms.abstractWith the advancement of industry and commerce, the development of economy, The domain of MICE is playing a role more and more important, the market of MICE has been into the commercialized era. Each government institution takes MICE as the rising domain and as the strategy of filling up the inanition or of developing the new-age cities. The domain of MICE is indeed the fastest pullulated industry in the field of tour, which helps to upgrade the city's image and to increase its popularity . In addition, MICE is influenced least by mid-season and off-season in the tour industry . Just because of the various merits of MICE, the HangZhou city has applied herself to do the research of its development these years. This research report, referenced to the studies and opinions of quite lots of scholars, has studied out 27 important properties of distinguishing the destination's high or low qualities from the point of view of meeting planners. By reviewing the continuously changing decisions and analyzing the factors which influence the planners' decision-making, this report has funded out the satisfaction difference for the property of the city of Hangzhou of meeting planners. In that way, it has presented the ideas and advices for the MICE industry's development of Hangzhou's city.en_US
