dcterms.abstractGlobalisation of business is accelerating at a phenomenal rate for a company to gain competitive advantages and more profitability from the business. This dissertation is carried out a research on KE Group a micromotor manufacturing companies that it is going to globalization of its supply chain management and change its organisation structure to build a customer-responsive organisation. The primary objectives of this research are to explore the BPR on supply chain process and identify how information system (IS) and information technology (IT) infrastructure enable business process redesign as well as support its corporate competitive strategy. Besides, a new BPR implementation model is developed and recommended by the researcher from the synchronization of Generic BPR Model, Socio-technical Model and the case study BPR implementation model.en_US
