dcterms.abstractIn order to improve the business processes in organizations, we will study the existing workflow modeling frameworks and automation on the business processes using the Web service composition. Our approach is forces on using Web technology to automate existing business processes rather to re-design the whole workflow system. In this report, we will study the issues in below cases: - Change management workflow in Managed Service Center - Sales Ordering Processing system For each case study, we will briefly describe the issues in existing workflow, define the Web service composition problems and propose the solutions to improve the Web service composition and business processes. The objectives are to composing workflow in Web services; improve Quality of Service (QoS), Optimization and Dynamic Web service composition.en_US
