| dcterms.abstract | This research aims to study the legal impact of E-business in the supply chain of Hong Kong Enterprises. As the growth of Internet based Electronic Commerce may also induce certain numbers of legal questions that need to be solved in order to conclude the transaction smoothly. Most companies applying e-business in their supply chain did not fully aware of the legal issues that related to e-business. Traditionally, Internet users have contradictory view on having regulated on the Internet as it should be self-regulating that do not under specific legislative control. However, Legislators or regulators believe that despite the spatial and national different, Internet users should not be exempt from compliance to local law or regulations. This survey will try to find out the impact about the legal problems on the overall operations of the e-business in the supply chain in Hong Kong and suggestions will be made to the problems with reference to legal case in European Union and Hong Kong for the questions. | en_US |
