Abstract: This project is to develop a telecommunication management support system based on the design approach of EPSS. This report consists of an introduction section, literature review section, methodology review section, theoretical framework, methods and design section, results section, discussion and conclusion. The introduction describes the statement of the problem and the main project objectives. The literature review looks at the past experience in the system design approach and extracts the most preferable design approach suitable for the project to follow. The methodology review evaluates the overall project objectives with reference to the well-developed methodology studied in the past. Then the basic theoretical framework is elaborated to review the main components of the system to be designed. The methods and design section discusses about the prototype design details and the corresponding rationale. The result section describes the developed system prototype details. The discussion section mentions the major contributions of my work, any limitations and the difficulties encountered during and after project implementation. Finally, the conclusions section summaries the overall project.
