Abstract: This report is to study the implication of the development of electronic banking in Hong Kong. With the development of the electronic banking become more and more sophisticated, the various aspects including the monetary regulators, banking industry and the public should be well prepare for it. Based on the analysis of the confronting risks and risk management, more useful recommendation is expected to suggest for the improvement of the development of electronic banking in Hong Kong.
