The impact of Internet on organizational communicationen_US
Internet, as a new communication media with enormous development potential being employed in organization, will definitely have dramatic impact on the organizational communication. However, up till now, very few researches have been done on this area to study that sort of impact. Although all know that Internet may bring along a big change, few can tell the whole picture. Therefore, the main objective of this research is on studying the impact of Internet on organizational communication. Firstly a model consisting of different elements of organizational communication will be built up. A questionnaire will then be created, based on the well-defined communication audit, to study the effect of Internet on these elements. A company will be selected from the sample companies for case study then, to have a further understanding of how and why these elements are changed by Internet.en_US
