dcterms.abstractThis research paper discusses the management of new product development in a local watch manufacturing firm. It covers various aspects of managing new product development (NPD). By defining the new product success as "On-Time Project", it is found that the company is not performing well in managing NPD. Various internal variables are explored to be related and influential to its performance in managing NPD. A recommendation with prioritized steps is proposed.en_US
