Abstract: | Tourism industry has been developed rapidly due to the high speed development of the economic level in China. With the development, the lack of Quality Human Resource has become an important factor which restrict this industry because of the competition and need of the good operation. Meanwhile, the stability and continuance also are the difficulties for the managers in hotels. How to cultivate more and more professional staff, increase the stability of the professional staff, exert the consciousness and the loyalty of the staff, and promote the advance of performance is the focus of human resource management in hotel industry. More and more enterprises and scholars pay attention on Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) which offers meaningful suggestions for human resource management. To understand the OCB and enhance the OCB of the staff is important for the service industry. The purpose of the study is to investigate the OCB cognition of the hotel staff, analysis the factors affecting OCB and the relationship between them, analysis relationship and influence between Turnover Intention and OCB. The result of the study is Job Satisfaction, Leadership Support and Organizational Commitment have positive correlation with OCB, and Turnover Intension has negative correlation with OCB. According to the result of the study, suggestions has been offered to enhance the OCB and reduce turnover intention. |
