| Abstract: | 進入新世紀以後，市場特徵與傳統的競爭方式起著巨大的變化，資訊網路的快速發展與全球化的推動下，高度的複雜性與快速變化成為多行業市場的新特徵。企業管理者在傳統的戰略制定過程中，戰略制定者往往對未來只做出單一情況預測，然後制定單一的戰略來幫助企業達到預定的目標，但是在面對當今市場存在著多種不確定變數情況下，企業管理者將不可避免地面對在不確定環境下做出正確的戰略計劃。 本文嘗試通過計量分析技巧為有色金屬行業中-鋅金屬行業做出預測及勾劃出不同的未來情景，指出企業在不同情況將面對的困境及問題，從戰略制定的角度提出在多種情景下的可行解決方案，使管理者在有限理性的情況下做出取決等。 |
