Accuracy analysis of airborne LiDAR dataen_US
LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) is an optical remote sensing technology that measures properties of scattered light to find range and/or other information of a distant target. In this thesis, at the beginning, I want to introduce some basic concepts of the LiDAR technology, include the LiDAR system, LiDAR application fields, LiDAR history, the comparison between LiDAR and other remote sensing technologies. Then I want to introduce some types of errors what produced by many factors. In the core of this thesis, first I want to introduce some LiDAR data accuracy evaluate methods, include the height accuracy evaluate method and the planimetric accuracy evaluate method, the planimetric accuracy methods can divide into four detail methods: the curve fitting method, the vertical surface fitting method, the extraction the ridge line method and the exploiting ramp method. In the experiment part, I use the height accuracy evaluate method, the curve fitting method and the vertical surface fitting method to do three experiments, acquired the experiment results and experiment conclusion. At the end of the thesis, I make the conclusion and give some recommends.en_US
