| Abstract: | <<孫子兵法>>貴為中國兵書老早宗，遠在戰國時代已經被商業管理人把它的智慧應用到商管領域。近代則以日本經營者將它發揮得淋漓盡致。西方國家也不例外，國際知名大學甚至將它納入商管課程作系統性教授。 回顧本地情況雖然商業經營者普遍以西方管理模式為主流，但近年具中國特色的戰略管理課程<<孫子兵法>>卻陸續登陸各大學校園，雖然仍停留在趣味性層面，但從報讀者的背景分析，主要是企業高層管理，甚至是老闆，可以推斷課程內容並非簡陋兒戲。 翻查過去研究，並未有前人嘗試比較兩種戰略，在學術研究上是一片空白。雖然在研究中發現兩者很多相似地方，但經營者都指出兩者均存在不足處，而學習孫子兵法卻可刺激領導多一種戰略思維方向，所以領導不防取兩者之長發揮，互補作用。 |
