Abstract: The Hong Kong's economic success is largely attributable to the contribution of entrepreneurship. Many studies argue that the majority of Hong Kong entrepreneurs is Austrian entrepreneurship, with features like adopting guerrilla and imitation strategy and arbitrageurship. However, following the economic reform and openness of China, Hong Kong faces direct competition from China, in addition to taking advantage of low cost workforce by relocation of the manufacturing base to China. On the other hand, Asian financial crises and SARS outbreak had hurt the economy of Hong Kong badly that unemployment and deflation cause economic recession. As from many studies and past experience of Hong Kong, entrepreneurship is a crucial factor in stimulating economic growth. Therefore, this paper study the impact of integration in the Pearl River Delta region, including the transportation, mobility of the people and talent and "Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" on entrepreneurship development, on Hong Kong entrepreneurship which is crucial to resilience of weakened economy.
