Based on the own experience in the economic work, and through deep investigation and analysis, the author composed the paper to make it an reference to economic researchers who are studying social scientific phenomena. The discussions in this paper mainly consist of three parts: The first is the functions and influences of private enterprises in the regional economy of China. The purpose of this first discussion is to appeal for the legitimacy of private enterprises. The second is the behavior styles and features of economic management of the local governments in China. The purpose of this second discussion is to give private enterprise investors a reference to understand the management behavior styles and functions of the local governments. The third is the countermeasures and tomorrow' s social status of private enterprises in dealing with the government. The purpose of the this part of discussion is to let private enterprises achieve a win-win situation with the government, and gain some confidence guarantee for stabilizing the future' s developing status. The strategy raised by the thesis is, acclimating to the environment as precondition, standardizing the running process as basis, effectively grasping and using the government' s policies and resources as means to help the growth of private enterprises; trying to achieve a win-win result between the government and private enterprises. The modern enterprises have a principle, the harmony between human and environment is higher than anything. The word environment in this principle not only refers to natural environment, but also society/government, and humanities environment. The harmony in this principle has become an important factor to the rapid growth of some enterprises these years. Therefore, the efforts made in this paper to analyze the relations between government and private enterprises, to let private enterprises harmonious with government, and to effectively push enterprises forward, belong to a meaningful subject of research in the real life. |
