| Abstract: | 『在書與非書之間，我們閱讀』。受感於台灣誠品書店對"書"及"非書"之間的差異化複合經營的成功，令書店不再只是個購書的地方，而是個能令你、我、他都會流連忘返的現代書香世界。 本研究的主要是通過台灣誠品書店這個探討性個案的研究和學習，探討將類似誠品這種書店與咖啡館複合差異化經營模式應用於澳門可否一樣獲得成功之可行性研究。分析及討論澳門是否具備執行上述該種複合經營的外部環境條件及社會文化背境等因素；同時，澳門企業又是否擁有營經兩種行業的知識及網絡的內部條件因素，以及澳門消費者對這種組合經營模式的接受程度水平等問題。 在本研究中曾先、後採用對現存經營業者深入訪談、實地考察及資料收集等定性調查，以及利用問卷調查方式就本地消費者行為以及其對書店與咖啡館複合經營的接受程度作定量調研，並運用【敘述性統計分析】及【卡方獨立性檢定】來分析及驗證澳門消費者在人口特徵、生活型態及價值觀上的異同與其對這種書店和咖啡館複合經營模式之間所存在的相關性。 從研究分析結果中發現，雖然大多數受訪的業者及消費者均對類似誠品般的產品複合經營模式表示接受，但基於澳門實際的市場環境因素，若要在澳門建立類似誠品般的產品組合差異化經營模式，就必須鎖定18歲至35歲的高薪知識份子為目標顧客，同時，必須以高檔品牌策略進利經營方可提高其成功可能。 通過本次研究工作使本人亦深深地意識到企業要獲得成功，不單要配合外部環境因素及消費者行為的改變，更主要的是如何重新規劃現有的市場結構，並通過產品的組合及差異化經營，去創造更多超越客戶期望的情感價值和體驗服務。 |
