Study the staff attitudes towards the outsourcing implementation in the SuperA Companyen_US
The success of the business shifts from the effective management of internal resources and expertise to the development and management of relationships with others companies and organizations. Successful outsourcing therefore requires a whole new set of management skill. In this study, it will develop a conceptual model to describe the procedures for the Outsourcing Implementation in the Information Technology (IT) Services. Another purpose of this study is to use the result of its finding to guide the decision-makers when organizing the IT outsourcing in the SuperA Company. The reaction and feedback of the staff towards the outsourcing strategy are collected. From the findings of the survey, some kinds of staff such as the low rank staff, younger staff, and elder staff are more unlikely to use the Outsourcing Implementation on the IT services. The obtained information is use to sort out what is best for the SuperA Company and also to prepare the installation procedures for the outsourcing activities.en_US
