Relocation supports for Hong Kong expatriate managers on assignment in Chinaen_US
The flying economy of China has been boosting the demand of seasoned Hong Kong professionals to work in the Mainland. Given the importance of the Hong Kong professionals' (expatriates') roles in delivering corporate strategic objectives, companies should take all necessary steps to help address their concerns to ensure a smooth transition of work base and prevent any possible failure due to relocation. Through interviews with Human Resource executives, this study aims to understand the current practices to address the common concerns of Hong Kong expatriates on assignments in China.en_US
